Class Spotlight
Spin and pose on a suspended steel hoop — graceful, athletic and endlessly creative.
The Lyra Aerial Hoop combines strength, flexibility and stunning poses on a suspended hoop. Students learn how to maneuver their bodies through and around the hoop, creating beautiful shapes and sequences. Both inside and outside the lyra become a stage for poses, spins, balances and dramatic drops.
Lyra is approachable for newcomers and rewarding for life. It builds extraordinary upper-body strength while showcasing your artistry — from playful musical pieces to powerful, performance-ready choreography.
