Bellydance is one of the oldest dance forms in the world — and one of the most empowering. Our classes combine traditional technique with playful choreography to celebrate every body. You'll learn isolations, shimmies, hip work and arms while building remarkable core strength and posture.
Bellydance offers a unique fusion of fitness and cultural exploration. Students learn the intricate movements of this ancient dance form while improving flexibility and toning their muscles. Led by Luisa Fuentes, who shares the joy and tradition of bellydance with rhythm, expression and core-building movement.
Comfortable workout clothes you can move in. A hip scarf is welcome but not required — we have some you can borrow. Bare feet or soft dance shoes.

Yes — cancel up to 12 hours before class through your fitDEGREE account for a full credit back. Late cancels and no-shows forfeit the class.
