When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring/exit pages, and dates/times of visits.
- Cookies and tracking technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site.
- Analytics data: We use Google Analytics (and may use similar tools) to collect aggregated and anonymized statistics about website traffic, page views, and user behavior to help us improve our website and services.
- Email marketing engagement data: If you subscribe to our email list, our email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp or similar) collects data on email opens, clicks, and engagement.
c. Information From Third Parties

4. Children's Privacy and Youth Programs
Some of our classes and programs are designed for minors (individuals under 18 years of age). Where a program is open to minors, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration, liability waiver, and consent forms on the minor's behalf. We collect only the information about a minor that is reasonably necessary to provide safe instruction, including name, age or date of birth, emergency contact details, and relevant health or physical information disclosed by the parent/guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us online without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. Parents and guardians may review, correct, or request deletion of their minor's information at any time by contacting us directly.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand visitor behavior. See the Cookie Policy below for the full breakdown of categories and your choices.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining business, tax, and liability records, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Liability waivers and health/safety information are generally retained for the duration required by our insurance carrier and applicable statutes of limitation.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Payment card information is processed by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors and booking platforms; we do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
