How much does it cost to rent the studio in Chester, NY?
Open practice is $35–50/hr, photo and video is $65–85/hr, aerial photoshoots with rig access are $100–125/hr, private events are $95–125/hr with a 3-hour minimum, and a full-day buyout is $550–650. Cleaning is built into the base rate.
Can I use the aerial apparatus during a rental?
Yes. Rigged apparatus access is available with a studio representative on site — that's included in the aerial photoshoot rate. Independent practice on apparatus requires prior experience and a signed waiver.
Is there a cleaning fee?
No. Cleaning is built into the base rate for every rental type, so the rate you're quoted is the rate you pay.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes — private event rentals are BYO food and drink. Please keep food and beverages off the mats and out of the apparatus area.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three weeks is ideal for weekends and evenings, but we can often accommodate weekday daytime requests with a few days' notice.
