About Pole Fitness

Pole fitness combines strength, flexibility and choreography into a full-body workout that's as empowering as it is fun. We meet every student where they are — Pole Level One creates a solid foundation with basic spins, climbs and floor work, while higher levels move into inverts, aerial tricks and combos.

Our judgment-free studio is for every body and every story. From Beginner Pole Dance through advanced Pole Power conditioning, our progression-based curriculum builds the strength and control you need for fluid, graceful movement on the pole.

What to wear

Bring shorts (skin contact with the pole is required for grip) and a tank or fitted top. No lotion, oil or moisturizer before class. Knee pads optional but appreciated.

Level 1 — Brand New

Beginner Pole Dance

Sundays at 10:00 AM

Your first stop on the pole. Slide, glide and twirl: learn body positioning, beginner spins (Jasmine, fireman, chair), basic climb and floor work. Build a confident foundation in a supportive group.

Beginner

Pole Level One

Develop a solid base for a successful pole practice. Drill Jasmine, climb mechanics, and basic inverts. Add walk-throughs, pole sits and combos at a comfortable pace.

Intermediate

Pole Level Two

Beginner inverts, hip holds, sit positions, layback transitions and combo work. Layer movement vocabulary with musicality.

Strength & Conditioning

Pole Power

Thursdays at 9:00 AM & Sundays at 7:00 PM

A specialized class to enhance the strength training and conditioning techniques introduced in Pole Level 1 and 2. Power training builds the strength and control required for fluidity and grace — the bridge between knowing a trick and owning it.

Advanced

Pole Level Three+

Aerial inverts, drops, dynamic transitions and original choreography. Performance prep available.

How booking Pole Fitness works

How do I book a class?

Use the live widget above (or open it in a new tab). Create a free fitDEGREE account, pick a Pole Fitness class on the date you want, and check out. You'll get an email confirmation immediately.

Which class should I pick?

New to Pole Fitness? Start with the lowest level offered (Beginner or Level 1). If you have prior experience, check the class description for prerequisites — or contact us and we'll point you to the right fit.

The widget shows no availability — what now?

That usually means the next week's schedule hasn't been released yet, or the class you want is full. Open the booking site in a new tab to view a wider date range and join the waitlist — we release spots regularly.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes — cancel up to 12 hours before class through your fitDEGREE account for a full credit back. Late cancels and no-shows forfeit the class.

Do I need a package or can I drop in?

Both work. Single drop-ins are available, and class packs / memberships save money if you plan to come regularly. See our pricing page for current options.
