About Pole Fitness
Pole fitness combines strength, flexibility and choreography into a full-body workout that's as empowering as it is fun. We meet every student where they are — Pole Level One creates a solid foundation with basic spins, climbs and floor work, while higher levels move into inverts, aerial tricks and combos.
Our judgment-free studio is for every body and every story. From Beginner Pole Dance through advanced Pole Power conditioning, our progression-based curriculum builds the strength and control you need for fluid, graceful movement on the pole.
What to wear
Bring shorts (skin contact with the pole is required for grip) and a tank or fitted top. No lotion, oil or moisturizer before class. Knee pads optional but appreciated.
