Stretch, strengthen and decompress in a soft silk hammock — yoga, lifted.
Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga poses with aerial techniques, taking your practice to new heights — quite literally. Using a hammock as a prop, you'll deepen stretches, improve balance and explore inversions with the support of the fabric. A unique and playful approach to yoga that adds excitement and challenge.
Intimidated by inversions? This class is for you. Our yoga-inspired focus on arms, legs and core — combined with the supportive cocoon of the hammock — makes flying accessible to almost everyone.
Leggings or capris and a fitted top that covers the backs of the knees and armpits. Bare feet. Avoid lotions and heavy fragrances.

Restorative
A soft, gentle class using a single piece of fabric suspended from above to create a cocoon for deep stretches and gentle inversions. Improve flexibility and release tension in a nurturing way.
Beginner
Sun-salutation style sequences integrated with the hammock. Move slowly, breathe deeply and let the silk support your release.
Special Event
Restorative aerial poses paired with live sound healing for a uniquely meditative experience. Watch the schedule for upcoming dates.
